Code of Conduct for IROs
To ensure that Investor Relations Officers (IROs) perform their duties in adherence to established guidelines and proper practices, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited has complied the following Investor Relations Code of Conduct as follows:
- Perform duties with honesty and professionalism
- Disclose necessary information in its entirety, correctly and equally, and in a timely manner, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders
- Provide opportunities for stakeholders to access and inquire information
- Adhere to the rules including the company's policy on handling confidential information and not using information for personal or others’ advantage
- Refrain from meeting investors or analysts 14 calendar days before the earnings release date
- Refrain from buying/selling/transferring company’s and subsidiaries’ stocks during 45 calendar days from the end of the accounting period (for quarterly statements) and 60 calendar days from the end of the accounting period (for annual statements) up until the date of notifying the financial statements to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and should be at least 24 hours after disclosure to the public.
