As the flagship company for the oil and retail businesses of the PTT Group, we operate an integrated oil and non-oil retailing platform combining the sale and distribution of petroleum products and other products with coffee shops, other food and beverage outlets, convenience stores and space management offerings. Through our growing portfolio of top brands, from the popular “ptt station” service station brand to Thailand’s leading “Café Amazon” coffee brand, we have proven that we can build a business that responds effectively to the needs of our customers, which we believe will continue to drive our growth in Thailand and abroad.

Oil Business

We are the leading retail marketer of petroleum products sold through retail fuel service stations in Thailand. According to DOEB, market share of OR is approximately 42.3% based on volumes sold excluding the amount of fuel oil sold to the Electricity Generating Authority as of December 31, 2020. Our network included 1,997 retail fuel service stations located throughout Thailand. We also operate 61 FIT Auto service stations in Thailand, which provide light maintenance, lubricant and vehicle fluid system changes and lubricant sales to motorists. We are the leader for the commercial marketing of aviation fuel, marine and industrial fuel oil, lubricants, and LPG in Thailand by sales volume as of December 31, 2019, according to Wood Mackenzie. In total, we had over 2,600 commercial customers in the year ended December 31, 2020. These businesses, comprising our oil business division, accounted for 70.6% and 68.9% of our total EBITDA (before eliminations) for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the year ended December 31, 2020, respectively.

Non-Oil Business

We operate our non-oil businesses both in-station and at standalone locations, offering a variety of popular basic goods that respond to our customers’ needs. We are also a leading retailer of coffee shops, food and beverage outlets and convenience stores in Thailand. As of December 31, 2020, our network included 3,310 Café Amazon outlets, which offer coffee and other refreshments, bakery products and light meals, 317 food and beverage outlets, which offer light meals and beverages, under our exclusive licensed brand “Texas Chicken,” under our exclusive master franchise brand in Thailand “Hua Seng Hong Dim Sum,” and under our proprietary brand “Pearly Tea” and 1,977 convenience stores, which offer a variety of food, beverages and basic goods, under our proprietary brand “Jiffy” and under the 7-Eleven brand pursuant to an exclusive collaboration agreement with CPALL. Our coffee shops, food and beverage outlets and convenience stores are primarily located in-station throughout our network of retail fuel service stations, though we offer a growing number of standalone locations as well. We also provide space management services, comprising leasing and other services, to well-known local brands such as Black Canyon, Chester’s Grill, S&P, The Pizza Company and Chao Sua, as well as to notable international brands, including A&W, Burger King, KFC and McDonalds, which allows them to operate their businesses at our retail fuel service stations and other locations under our management, such as rest areas. These businesses, comprising our non-oil business division, accounted for 25.0% and 25.5% of our total EBITDA (before eliminations) for the year ended December 31, 2019 and the year ended December 31, 2020, respectively.

International Business
